Marina South is the last large residential precinct to be built around Marina Bay, and One Marina Gardens is the first private condominium in it.
The place
The site is located along Marina Gardens Lane in Marina South, directly adjacent to Gardens by the Bay and close to the Marina Bay CBD. Marina South MRT (TE21) is directly linked to the development, while Gardens by the Bay MRT (TE22) is approximately 600–700 m away.

Two towers of 44 and 30 storeys hold 937 apartments from one to four bedrooms, with shops and a childcare centre on the lower floors. Launched in April 2025, with TOP expected in April 2029.

- First residential launch in Marina SouthThe precinct is planned as a garden-led extension of Marina Bay. One Marina Gardens is its first private condominium, on the first residential plot released there.
- MRT station beside the siteMarina South MRT Station (TE21) on the Thomson–East Coast Line is approximately 270 m from One Marina Gardens. The station is structurally completed but its opening date has yet to be advised by LTA. Gardens by the Bay MRT Station (TE22), approximately 700 m away, is already operational.
